Refund Policy

HealthTrackRx makes every effort to ensure our PCR at-home test kits are delivered to the consumer without any defect. In the event you receive a test kit that has missing or defective parts, which prevents you from providing an adequate specimen sample, please contact us at client.relations@healthtrackrx.com. We will send a replacement kit or issue a refund for the amount of the kit, less shipping costs.

HealthTrackRx is a fully accredited clinical laboratory (CLIA #45D2009077) that provides PCR-based testing for infectious diseases. HealthTrackRx is proud to offer consumers access to our At-home PCR collection kits. While these tests are diagnostics, they are not intended to be a substitute for seeking professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 

Due to certain state regulations, we are unable to offer our At-home PCR collection kits in the following states: Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Wyoming.
